Bangladesh Missions Trip

March 22-31 2023

Thank you for your interest in registering for our Bangladesh Kingdom Builders trip! Our 2023 KB trip is scheduled for March 22-31, 2023. Please carefully read the following information and fill out the form below. It is crucial that you also obtain a passport as soon as possible. Your spot on the trip is confirmed only when this application is turned in with a deposit.

PAYMENT

The tentative cost for the trip is $2850. This cost covers airfare, food and lodging in Bangladesh, and insurance. The $2850 cost does not include costs relating to obtaining your passport (which you should do now, if you haven’t already done so), Bangladesh entry visa $165, meals traveling to and from Bangladesh and any personal spending you may do while in Bangladesh. Based on the tentative $2850 participant cost, the following payment schedule will be enforced. If the trip cost increases, participants will be notified. Payments may be made prior to the schedule deadline or in one lump sum.

  • November 14, 2022: $250 Deposit

  • December 14, 2022: $1500

  • January 14, 2023: $550

  • February 14, 2023: $550

If the full payment is not received by February 14, Crosspoint cannot guarantee your participation in this trip. It is extremely important that you contact us if you are unable to fund your trip or continue as a participant. There may be portions of this trip that are non-refundable. Please keep us informed as soon as possible if you feel you will not be able to make the trip.

Raising funds and making timely payments for this trip is the full responsibility of each participant. There will not be any church fundraisers for this trip.  If sponsors/donors are assisting you with your trip costs, please ensure they are made aware of the payment schedule. Payments may be mailed or dropped off at the church office. Please be sure to identify on the envelope/check that the payment is for the KB Bangladesh Missions Trip and have them write your name on it so that it can be directly applied to your account.
